ICE was founded in 2001 by Marius R. Moholea and Daria Oprean.

ICE is authorised by the Labour Department in selecting, recruiting and placing students, graduates and aduls in the United States of America.

We are interested in presenting our clients with the best possible options and offers, our purpose being to help them build a better and brighter future! As a result, we are offering then correct and specific information about the country they will live and work in for the duration of the program.

ICE is the proud representative in Romania of The Foundation for World Wide International Student Exchange – WISE and Cultural Homestay International – CHI.
